Founded in 2012, Urban Pass is an events agency based in Barcelona and a partner of the largest nightclubs and exclusive venues such as Opium Club, Mélia Sky Bar, Shoko, Pacha, Café del Mar, and many others. We specialize in organizing Boat parties, Pool parties, VIP tickets to clubs, private events on Rooftops, and more. With over 10 years of experience, Urban Pass has successfully coordinated numerous events and parties every summer, catering to all vacationers in Barcelona. Through collaboration with top local partners, our concept caters to the demands of thousands of international tourists who visit here to experience the vibrant nightlife.
Your mission will be to sell as many Urban passes as possible in the designated area assigned to you at the beginning of the day. In a relaxed yet professional environment, your workplace will be either the beach or the city center.
The more you sell, the more you earn—there are no limits. Based on our experience, an average salesperson can expect to earn a salary of 70-100€ per day, while a skilled salesperson can surpass 200€ per day.

During my summer vacation in Barcelona in 2017, I came across Urban Pass at one of their Pool parties, and I instantly fell in love with those memorable moments. A year later, I returned to Barcelona to join their team. Ever since becoming a part of the Urban Pass family, each season has been unique and filled with meaningful encounters. I had the opportunity to demonstrate my ambition to succeed and prove my capability to become a team leader!
I went with my friends on a boat party organized by Urban Pass, and it was truly one of the highlights of my vacation in Barcelona. The staff was friendly, there was an abundant supply of beer and sangria, and the DJ created a fantastic atmosphere. If you don't experience seasickness and enjoy partying with a beautiful view, this is the perfect place for you!
With my group of friends, we went out to party at the Pacha Club. I'm grateful that we purchased our E-Tickets through Urban Pass; otherwise, we would have had to wait in line for at least an hour (especially on weekends, I'm not sure about weekdays). Additionally, they have separate seating areas for VIP guests. You have the option to choose between the common area or the VIP lounge. It was the most incredible party I've ever attended.
Urban Pass made us feel like celebrities. They arranged for a limousine to pick us up from our hotel and take us to the pub, allowing us to bypass the crowded line. I hired their services to celebrate my 23rd birthday, and it was worth every penny. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a fantastic time in Barcelona!
