  • The Job

    Your mission will be to maximize the sales of Urban passes in the designated area assigned to you at the beginning of each day. You will work in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere, either at the beach or in the city center. Your work hours will be approximately 6 to 7 hours per day, 6 days a week. Prior to your arrival and during your time with us, we will provide you with all the necessary tools for success, including sales training.

  • Commercial Training

    Upon your arrival, your team leader will be there to assist you and provide training in sales techniques related to our activities. You will receive both theoretical and practical guidance. During your initial period, you will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced salesperson, and we will continue to support you throughout your journey at Urban Pass.

  • Accomodation

    Finding accommodation in Barcelona has become increasingly challenging in recent years. To address this issue, we offer our sales representatives access to apartments at great prices. The daily rates range from €10 (per person for a triple room) to €15 for a single room. All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with amenities such as sheets, pillows, kitchen utensils, and more. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

  • Schedule & Timetable

    To ensure a successful experience, you will be working 5 to 6 days a week, with shifts ranging from 5 to 8 hours per day. Some of your work will be during the day, while evenings will be dedicated to managing and overseeing the events. Rest assured, the schedules are organized in a way that allows you to enjoy Barcelona and create unforgettable memories during your free time.

  • Salary

    Your salary will solely consist of commissions, which you will receive in real-time with each sale. The more you sell, the more you earn, without any limits. Drawing from our experience, an average salesperson can expect to earn a daily salary of 70-100€, while a skilled salesperson can exceed 200€ per day.

  • Your Profil

    Be aged between 20 and 30 years old. Possess persistence, dynamism, and motivation. Having a good level of spoken English or another European language such as German, Italian, or Dutch is a plus. Be available for a minimum of 4 weeks between June 1st and August 31st.
